The Aim

Unify the various loyalty programs across all NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto local markets and creating a community adn repositioning the brand as premium coffee brand by developing a new loyalty program to be gradually rolled out.

I was involved in the project from pitch conception to the first pilot market launch. This included developing internal and B2C communications, online and offline campaign assets, CRM emails, tone of voice guidelines, and NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto’s first branded app with an exclusive section for loyalty program members.

All the creative work was developed in English for a master content delivery. All copy is then localised to fit the market language. NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Spain were the first market to launch the program.
