For five years I created social media content for NESCAFÉ Global. In our first year, with a focus that was mainly Facebook (it was 2013), we saw our fanbase increase by one million fans each month.

The Content Factory

In 2014 we launched The Content Factory, of which I was joint Creative Lead alongside two Art Director colleagues. We were the brand keepers, ensuring the visual identity and tone of voice were unified across multiple markets around the globe. At its peak we created 20+ content pieces per month with our team of creatives.

The content evolved but our aim was always to engage and entertain, strengthening NESCAFÉ’s global consumer base and draw them away from competitors.

Worldwide Adaption

The content we created was regularly adapted by 90 NESCAFÉ markets around the world and used to connect with fans locally too.
